How do I login to the SellerDeck support centre?

To login to the SellerDeck support centre, please see the steps below:

1)       Go to the following Web Page:

https://support.sellerdeck.co.uk/login

2)       Enter your email address and password. You will have been emailed your password previously.

If you don’t know your password, or can’t find it, you can reset it, by going to this Web Page below, enter your email address and then click “Submit”.

How do I change my password?

1)       Go to the following Web Page:

https://support.sellerdeck.co.uk/login

2)       Enter your email address and password. You will have been emailed your password previously.

3)       Once you have logged in, in the top right hand corner of the screen, you will see a link “Change password”.

4)       Click this link, you will then be able to change your password.

 

Can I have more than one email address linked to my support centre account?

Yes, please email us with your list of email addresses you would like linking to your account. You can also tell us which email address to make the primary email address.
